Whether you believe in this or not, everyone has psychic abilities to some degree. In grade school, we were all taught the 5 senses which are sight, touch, taste, hearing, and smell. In addition to the 5 senses, we are also blessed with the 6th sense with is Intuition.
I was drawn to writing a brief introduction to the Extrasensory Channels to help individuals understand the value of getting to know your senses.
There are Clairs that correspond to each of our senses, the word ‘Clair’ in French means clear.
- Clairvoyance – means Clear Seeing – corresponds to the Sense of Sight
- Clairaudience – means Clear Hearing – corresponds to the Sense of Hearing
- Clairsentience – means Clear Feeling – corresponds to the Sense of Touch
- Clairalience – means Clear Smell – corresponds to the Sense of Smell
- Clairgustance – means Clear Tasting – corresponds to the Sense of Taste
The 6th Sense is Intuition and this corresponds with Claircognizance which means Clear knowing. This 6th sense provides us with the ability to imagine or the ability to gain insight. The 6th sense also provides us the ability to perceive future events and that is not all. This is just to name a few.
Now, how do you know which is your most dominant Clair?
Let’s find out –
Begin by finding a quiet space and sit with your eyes closed and as you breathe, scan the area around you, and take in all the details, take into account what caught your attention first, was it a feeling, or a sight , what registered first, what did you feel in your heart about that something you saw or heard or felt… take note of it and as you do this exercise, you’ll see what your special extrasensory channel is and you can most definitely strengthen this sense.
This is how you open the door for your special Spirit Guides to come to you to help you develop.
