Disclaimer – The Healing Sessions offered should never be a substitute for Medical Care, use these offerings as complimentary to the treatment you are already receiving from your Clinicians.
Your Sessions – We offer 1 complimentary follow-up question via e-mail for Intuitive Sessions only, not for Mediumship Sessions.
Fee’s must be paid 48 hours prior to your Session or your session will automatically be cancelled and will be offered to another client. Appointments are not confirmed unless payments have been received. While we make an effort to accommodate our clients scheduling needs, please notify us ahead of time in the event that your schedule changes, our office will send you an invoice for 50% of the fee’s for late cancellations or reschedules.
Cancel and Reschedule Policies – We require at least 48 Hours notice.
Appointment Reminders are done 48 hours before your sessions via e-mail through the Appointment Booking System.
No Show’s – Are subject to a $50.00 charge.
Tardiness ~ you are allowed 10 minutes. FIRM
Phone Sessions – Local / International / Out of State Clients ~ If you are scheduled for a Phone Session, a Phone number will be provided for you via e-mail when we send out appointment reminders, use the number and meeting ID to call in for your Session. We will not be responsible for calling you on your scheduled Session.
Booking and Payments:
We have a Booking System in place for your convenience, just click BOOK KATHERINE tab to book and pay for your sessions.
We do not offer Refunds with no exceptions – Because the venue is booked in advance and whether you show up or not, our office get’s billed for the venue fee’s.
