Summertime Outdoor or Private In-Person Sessions – 11 am to 5 pm
Recorded (optional) Phone Sessions – toll free numbers and meeting ID’s will be sent to you via e-mail once booked.
Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday From – 6 pm to 8 pm
House Calls are available only to Katherine’s discretion – please request in advance

Disclaimer – The Healing Sessions offered should never be a substitute for Medical Care, use these offerings as complimentary to the treatment you are already receiving from your Clinicians. The Psychic and Mediumship Sessions are for your entertainment only.
Your Sessions – We offer 1 complimentary follow-up question via e-mail for Intuitive Sessions only, not for Mediumship Sessions.
Fee’s must be paid 48 hours prior to your Session or your session will automatically be cancelled and will be offered to another client. Appointments are not confirmed unless payments have been received. While we make an effort to accommodate our clients scheduling needs, please notify us ahead of time in the event that your schedule changes, our office will send you an invoice for 50% of the fee’s for late cancellations or reschedules.
Cancel and Reschedule Policies – We require at least 48 Hours notice.
Appointment Reminders are done 48 hours before your sessions via e-mail through the Appointment Booking System.
Tardiness ~ you are allowed 10 minutes. FIRM
Phone Sessions – Local / International / Out of State Clients ~ If you are scheduled for a Phone Session, a Phone number will be provided for you via e-mail when we send out appointment reminders, use the number and meeting ID to call in for your Session. We will not be responsible for calling you on your scheduled Session.

Return Policy – You may return the item within 10 days of purchase from the date you received it
Your item must be unused, in the same condition and must be in the original packaging when you received it. Please send your proof of purchase (i.e. copy of receipt)
Shipping Policy – You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds – We will immediately notify you if your return is approved. Once approved, we will initiate a payment issued to you via a check for the full amount of purchase.
