We require 48 hour Reschedule Notice – please call 408 874 6307.

Please come to your Sessions on time.

Allowed tardiness – 10 minutes.

In-Person Sessions: To honor the value of the time we spend together – individual session fees are meant solely for clients with an appointment. Family members and friends can accompany the Client for support but for privacy, we ask that they wait in the waiting room until the scheduled session is completed.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
