In that process of living, we fill ourselves with deep experiences with ourselves and our connection with the Divine and our loved ones. So much so that when an ending happens, as in the process of death, we experience the pain of losing a loved one.
While spirit lives on in the afterlife, their essence will always remain in our hearts and minds until we meet again.
